Greenhouse monitoring should help you quickly spot a problem and understand who is solving it. You don't need complex analytics to get started. You need zones, several reliable sensors, notification priorities, and a history habit. This playbook can be used as a short run order for GrowerHub in a small greenhouse.

Step 1: separate zones

Describe the zones as a person sees them on site: the left bed, the rack of seedlings, the box with herbs, the area by the door. For each zone, specify plants, sensors, responsible person and main risks. If all devices are on a common list, monitoring will quickly become inconvenient.

Step 4: Daily inspection

Every day check accidents, freshness of sensors, water reservoir, trays, plant condition and recent watering events. If everything is fine, do not change the settings. Monitoring is needed not for constant edits, but for calm control.

Step 5: weekly analysis

Once a week, look at the graphs: temperature peaks, nighttime humidity, water flow, watering frequency, sensor omissions and manual actions. Write down one or two resolutions for the next week. If you change many parameters at once, the result will be difficult to explain.
